1、中國應該積極參加IMF/BIS等國際組織關于數字貨幣監管的活動，爭取在其中發揮作用。

2、可以考慮準許中國企業參與Libra協會。

3、中國可以結合央行數字貨幣研究所的成果CBDC，鼓勵企業參與數字貨幣科研和應用，逐步構建數字貨幣生態。
